You can access available streaming and royalty information through the Earnings section of your Fresible Music dashboard.

You earn royalties generated from eligible streams and downloads of your music on supported platforms. Your earnings are reported through your Fresible Music account.

Streams generate royalties when listeners play your music on digital streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Audiomack, Boomplay, and other platforms where your music is distributed.
However, there is no fixed amount paid for each stream. For example, 10,000 streams do not automatically equal a specific amount of money. The amount generated can vary depending on several factors.

The royalty generated from your streams may depend on:
The streaming platform: Different platforms have different business models, subscription structures, advertising revenue, and royalty calculation methods.
The listener’s location: Revenue and subscription rates differ from country to country, so streams from different territories may generate different amounts.
The listener’s account type: Streams from premium/subscription users and streams from free or ad-supported users may generate different amounts.
The platform’s revenue: The amount available for distribution to rights holders can vary based on the platform’s overall revenue during a reporting period.
The type of usage: Different types of streams, downloads, or monetized uses of your music may be reported and calculated differently.
Your share of the applicable royalties: Royalties generated from your music are subject to the applicable revenue-sharing arrangement.
Does more streams always mean more money?
Generally, more legitimate streams can result in more royalties, but the relationship is not a fixed stream-to-money calculation.
For example, two artists may each receive 10,000 streams but generate different royalty amounts because their streams may come from different platforms, countries, listener account types, or reporting periods.
Therefore, it is not accurate to say that a particular platform always pays a fixed amount such as “$1 per 1,000 streams.”

Streaming platforms do not report usage and royalties instantly. There is normally a reporting delay between when your music receives streams and when the corresponding royalty data becomes available.
Fresible Music uploads royalty reports to your dashboard as soon as the relevant reports are received from the platforms. Because different platforms have different reporting schedules, royalties from streams that occurred during the same period may not all appear at the same time.
Your streaming numbers on an artist profile may also differ from the numbers shown in your royalty report. This is because artist profiles and royalty reports serve different purposes and may cover different reporting periods.
Why can my streaming platform show many streams while my Fresible dashboard shows a smaller amount?
The stream count displayed publicly on a platform is not the same as the royalty amount reported to your distributor.
Royalty reports are based on the data and revenue information provided by the platforms for a specific reporting period. They may also be subject to reporting delays, adjustments, territory information, and other platform-specific calculations.
As a result, you should not calculate your expected royalties simply by multiplying your public stream count by a fixed rate.

Only legitimate and eligible activity reported by the relevant platforms can generate royalties.
Artificial, fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise illegitimate streaming activity may be excluded from royalty calculations and can also result in platform enforcement actions, including removal of content or account restrictions.
Artists should therefore focus on generating organic streams from genuine listeners rather than using services or methods that promise guaranteed streams or inflated numbers.

You can use your previous royalty reports to understand your own historical earnings, but there is no guaranteed rate that can be used to accurately predict future earnings.
For example, if you previously received royalties from 10,000 streams, that does not mean another 10,000 streams will generate exactly the same amount. The platforms, territories, account types, reporting periods, and revenue available for distribution may be different.

If you believe there is an unusual difference between your expected earnings and the amount reported on your dashboard, provide the relevant details to Fresible Music Support.
Where necessary, we may review the available royalty reports and compare the information provided by the relevant platform.
It is important to remember that stream count alone is not enough to determine the exact royalty amount. The platform, territory, listener account type, reporting period, and other factors must also be considered.

The minimum payout threshold is ₦50,000, subject to meeting all applicable payout requirements.

Royalty payouts are processed monthly, typically between the 12th and 16th of each month, subject to the required reporting and payout conditions.

Your payment details must be correctly provided in your Fresible Music dashboard. PayPal details may be required depending on the applicable payout process.

Fresible Music does not charge a separate payout fee. However, applicable payment processing or transaction charges may be deducted from your payout.

You must complete the required KYC and tax information requested by the relevant tax authority in your state and provide the necessary payment details before a payout can be processed. A 5% royalty withholding/remittance may apply.

If your subscription expires, your access to certain dashboard features and royalty settlement requests may be restricted until your subscription is renewed.

Yes. An active subscription is required to maintain access to your Fresible Music dashboard and request royalty settlements.

Yes. The number of artists and releases you can manage depends on your subscription plan and its applicable terms.

Yes. You can have multiple subscriptions/packages under one Fresible Music account, subject to the applicable plan terms.

Cover songs may require appropriate licensing or permissions before distribution. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights before submitting your release.

A release may be partially approved when certain platforms or services cannot accept the content. For example, Content ID, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram monetization may be unavailable for audio that does not meet their eligibility requirements.

Artist name changes may be possible depending on the circumstances and the requirements of the relevant platforms. Additional charges may apply.

Some metadata or release changes may be possible after delivery. Applicable fees and platform requirements may apply depending on the requested change.

No. Payments are generally non-refundable once a release has been processed.

Artificial or manipulated streaming activity can result in platform penalties. Your account may be restricted, and applicable fines or platform-related charges may be deducted from your royalties.

Streaming reports received by distributors can have reporting delays and may not reflect the same timeframe as the figures displayed on an artist’s public platform profile. Differences can therefore occur between Fresible Music reports and platform figures.
